Mini Fudge Cupcakes with Nutella Frosting and Chopped Hazelnuts. This recipe worked out perfectly for cupcakes - I baked the mini ones for about 15 minutes. For the frosting, I tried to follow a recipe, but ended up dumping in more/less of ingredients as I saw fit. It went something like this…
Nutella Frosting
- 3/4 cup Nutella
- 3 tbsp. butter (room temperature)
- 2-3 cups confectioner’s sugar
- 3-4 tbsp. milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Whip everything together, and…voila! (The consistency of the Nutella does make the frosting a bit thick, but if you don’t add enough, the flavor won’t come through and that’s no fun…)
