This is my favourite of okapiknits’ “knitting canvases”. The figure appears to break through the flat surface of the “canvas” as she swings out towards you, her little pigtails flying behind her. And it’s knitted. If only I were decorating a little girl’s room.
EASY HOW TO
this is a simple way to create art for your apartment/room/dorm
take a canvas, any size you want
buy fabric (preferably a large and icon driven print)
lay the canvas on the back of the fabric
cut the fabric around the outside of the canvas
staple (use staple gun) fabric around the edges of the canvas
make sure to use hospital corners to fold down the fabricWAAAHHHH LAAAAAAAAAAA
